the problem is not ram or hard drive space, the problem is screen resolution, check what resolution the screen is, cause for some software there is a minimum resolution..

im just started using neoaxis, and it has not got a lot of documentation but the demo maps have everything you need to get started. the forums are as good as rf, i would have stuck with rf but needed to make large outdoor levels like yourself. so do try it at least

Im interested in what exactly will change when qod has finished this update to direct x9. because im considering to use neoaxis engine instead of reality factory, but if reality factory can be improved to a level where i can use more polygons etc then i will stick with reality factory. please can so...

i just put my sp2 cd in and if i remember write it loads straight away and replaces all sp1 settings and you do not have to register sp2 again.well thats how mine worked anyway

im printing the manual in 3 or 4 days and i was going to use the character that comes with rf to test getting this right,
when you say pawn do use virgil as the pawn name, where abouts is this in the manual
also do i do this in 3rd person or first person view

im having the same problem and how i worked it out is to use first person view, but instead of a gun you switch the gun for the model of your character, create a bounding box for your character so when he/ she gets shot it will register and you will loose health.

i have found a great program to convert not just .mdl half life models but all kinds of models and textures.
the program is called biturn
if you use gmax or another 3d model program that is not milkshape you must get biturn to convert all your files.

hi i do not have mikshape and do not intend to buy milkshape. as i use gmax and gamespace for my modeling, but i need a converter to convert half life .mdl files into a format for either gmax or gamespace.
