astudio uses .bdy and .mot files from milkshape (or .nfo and .key files from 3d max or gmax) to make an actor. The apj files are its own project files.

Open you 3dt file in rfeditpro. Go to Project -> Level options and point the texture library at the .txl file you saved your textures in. Then rebuild the BSP tree. Resave the 3dt file.

Those posts were back 6 years ago in 2001. I'm sure if it was any good hike1 would have kept it on his site, he keeps EVERYTHING that is useful. He did seem to think it wasn't working very well in those posts.

No not directly. You can import them into milkshape and save as .bdy then build a .act file using astudio or import into 3dmax or gmax and export as .key and .nfo files then build a .act file using astudio.

Zany.. you're right about the first computer. It was built in 1941/2 at Martlesham in East Anglia specificaly to break the enigma codes.
