I did a complete recompile. I have gotten several different error's in the log file with several different attempts to compile. How can you get the terrain slices from T2 to look seamless?
Every time I try T2 to slice terrain the seams are very visable!

I THINK several factors caused the problem....scaleing the actor down to .25 was probably the most significant factor. But the walls were also very thin, also I deleted the top and bottom faces of the walls which could have contributed to the problem.

Bingo! You are right Juutis & thanks! If I use the scale all tool in animation mode it deforms the animation. But I also found that if I play the animation before scaleing it also deforms the animation about 50 % of the time.

@ bernie...Sounds great, I have been waiting and looking forward to the next release.

@juutis....What am I doing wrong? I open model, import animation, scale all and the animation is totally deformed.
