i use Skins, downloaded from FPSBanana... and i give credits to the authors, who aactually say that ppl are free to modify, redistribute, and give away their model for non-commercial purposes, and giving them the proper credit

you could make an Ultra-realistic weapon system using the default one... which means that the player can only have 2 or 3 weapons in the same time. It would be, for example: a slot for rifles, another one for heavy weapons and explosives, and another one for guns... dont be affraid of putting variou...

I need some help with CS models!
well, when i try to use a CS(counter strike) model, and its perfect, but when i try the animations on the model, it appears sinked in the ground... I really want it to work perfectly, because Counter Strike models would look really Perfect in my game.

well, the error of the weapon is because it is a left-handed weapon... you should put the right arm using the trigger, and the left one supporting the front part of the weapon, and then put the weapon in the lower-right part of the screen, and turn it so the laser points to the center of the screen....

i havnt got a remedy for it, but... i see you want to make it as realistic as possible... and i could give you one or two ideas. For example, you could put in the weapon model a hair model, so it fits on the camera, like if your hair was falling over your face.

i think it would be great a softer type of head-bobbing in our games... not just to move up and down while u walk, but to do like proffesional games: move the weapon down when u fall from a high distance, or that soft effect when the player moves the weapon, and... well i dont know how to explain it...

creating a corridor like that one is so easy: you just have to make a basic cube template, which will be the corridor, two ramps in the lower corners of the inside cube, and some tubes and details on the walls... i dont think itll make ur game get really slow... it would be just 4 or 5 solid brushes...

well, they've already told you about the fog, so i will tell you about the details... I like the levels as much detailed as possible, so normaly i put lots of things in my levels like small rooms, trash, rocks, broken bricks, ladders, etc. it usually looks nice, but anyway i dont know exactly whats ...

well it looks like it assigned the 'bright' areas wrong in the screen... maybe u should use another bummap? i dont know

i think he shouldnt be posting a so early proyect yet... i did that with all of my last proyects and it was so bad... he should wait to have something more than the story of the game, like designs of the characters, screenshots, or even a demo

light armour... especially if u can choose de gender, and, also, if it infludes in the speed of your warrior
