Hey, Nice update there Dean,the missile launchers stuff is cool..I see that you've still got some bad polys at the bak of the ship...well,I say again,use the Symmerty Modifier

I'm on 81.98 and sofar I did not face any problems with RF or any other DX/OGL app I have a crappy 5200 BTW

I was busy with other stuff lately...so I couldnt get a chance to work on this :( Anyways,I just added some stuff[antennas,new electricity lines,more barrels and crates..and 2 shops]...
I still need to add lots of shit to it...

@hike1 : Thx.but I'd already tried what was mentioned in the FAQ[I've mentioned this on the Flashlight thread]...but I still couldnt get stencil shadows...well,I give up on stencils for now..maybe they dont work in 0.75 :?

Well,for now,I've decided to start an outdoor environment...without using any fancy bumpmap pants :wink:
I've just started working on this...note that its not even 5 % done...just some walls with some ...

Spyrewolf : I didnt get what you meant by the "down button"...I've tried clicking the value sliders but I get into "the endless loop of error messages" every time....can you please post a screenshot of the part you are mentioning in RF ?

Yeah..It will be good to have a new editor...and one with Vertex Editing capabilites....RFEditPro is a good editor...but the lack of vertex editing takesoff a huge chunk of potential from it...

Thanks for the tipoff Juutis,that Y-Axis rotation of the DSpotlight was the problem..I've tried your value first but still didnt get it right,but after rotating it in such a way that its direction is parallel to the direction of "playerStart" ,I got it working :D [Angles >> X=0,Y=180,Z=0]

I'm facing the same problem as hike1 ....the light is pointing only to the west...and changing the position to player didnt help....Andy's first script worked...but the new one is not working for me[RF075]...
Can anyone who got it working on RF075 post the sample level and the script ?

The more time I spend on RF,the more interesting it gets....I'm hoping to make something out of this cool engine using max/ZB/Photoshop :wink:
Also,ReplicA might find this interesting...he had problems trying to get his models "ingame ...

It'd cool to have all the DirectX 9 Shader effects [normalmapping for level geometry,blur,haze,realtime reflections,bloom,blah blah]
