Nevermind I got it to work. Here is how for those that want to kick windows to the curb. Ubuntu hardy Latest WINE Download Winetricks the script run it and install dx9 and anything Vb6 or directshow I also grabbed the fonts and other stuff but I think thats what did it. Yeo tuns out its an edge problem that only half the edges that are needed are visble. I shoulda thought about that I think I can fix that.

Also I was thinking about a way to do halftones like old comics but There is a problem with the mapping.

already did I think I just dont have the resolution to do it right and if Increase it or the number of textures itll go nuts and run badly.

Complex sketchy

Here is the first attempt at a sketched out city 7200 polys runs well. I think it's too sketchy but it took forever so here it is. I made an automated proccess to actualy hatch out the lights and shadows. Tough put is getting it baked onto the textures. http://www.frogfaith.com/phpbb2/files/screen00...

I got it to SKETCH! Some carfull textures placed and it looks ike this!
