Re: What Motivates You?
Your game looks pretty cool, I mean I like how you have scripted events like the hostage scene thing. Also, the outdoor level looks pretty cool, but I think it would be more fitting to have the lighting a bit darker if that's possible. It'd give more atmosphere to the game. The only thing is it seem...

Anyone need a Storyline Developer?
My experience with actual game design is pretty limited, but I have been writing for years now. I have a few published works and have won a few writing awards if that counts for anything. I'm pretty good at world creation and character development as well as dialogue and plot pacing. Here's a small ...

Re: What Motivates You?
Where can I find your screenshots? And more information on your game? I'll give you some feedback, but keep in mind I'm still an amateur with RF!

Re: Cut Brushes
Yeah, I figured so. The reason I ask is because I'm not sure if having a ton of cut brushes in the level slows it down or not. Are there any real cons to using them?

Cut Brushes
Are there any reasons that I should not use them for making doorways? If so, what kind of things are they best used for?

Do any of you have aspirations to get into game designing as a career? Personally, for me, I suppose it's both. My hopes are to enter the design industry as a st...

Re: Hello
Sounds pretty sweet, I'll get to work on that. Thanks!
Out of curiousity though, what third party programs will I need to be proficient with? I have photoshop and just downloaded T2 and Milkshape, but I haven't really had a chance to use them all that much.

Hello
Hi guys, how're you doin'? My name's Evan, I'm new here. A little bit about myself: I'm currently studying creative writing (transfering to UCI in the fall) and was hoping to someday land a job as a storyline developer at a game design company (Blizzard would be awesome!). Anyways, I stumbled across...
