Re: Virgil Skeleton

Also .3ds doesn't support a skeleton I meant to say .gmax. virgils animations are in .mot format and Gmax does not support .mot files I don't want to edit the animations. I just want to edit the mesh, which I already have in .gmax format. Then i want to compile my mesh and virgil's .mot animations....

Re: Virgil Skeleton

Sorry for the double post, but Gmax can't open or import .max files. It needs to be converted to .3ds.

If someone with more experience with modeling with bones and animation could make me a skeleton in Gmax that could use those animatio...

So the initial character is supposed to be a generic villager, no specific details. Really the Virgil model would work if I had the appropriate text...

Just open RFPack and click and drag your textures into the empty list, then File>Save to a new .txl file.

Use RFPack.exe (found in the tools folder). Open your texture library (.txl file found in the media/levels folder) then click and drag your texture into the texture list, then save the library.

Need Character Model

I need a fully textured and animated character model of a generic Fantasy game hero. The amount of detail should be around that of Virgil.act, maybe a little higher poly. I need a .act and if I could also get it in .3ds or .gmax that would be great.

You can use the i=random(0,1); then if i=0 go to first available script point and if i=1 go to second available script point.
