Looks like a good start but i would lose the mesh-smooth.
Any model with a mesh-smooth would be to high-poly to be of any use in your game.

your glock needs to have a sceletor (the same as virgil's). Not animated or anithing just rig the glock next to the hand bone and the glocks skeleton will mimic the vergils skeleton making it look like he is holding it. If you didn't get it. 1.
