Ya probably hear it a lot, but I'm currrently developing a story with a friend of mine and RF is the engine we wanna use. He looked at it and said it looked promising (although, he's a writer and not a programmer/artist). :D He's got a damn good story going, too. He's an awesome story developer, let...

Bah, sorry misread it. But like Ken Deel keeps saying, he wants RF to join forces with the RF dev team. What I meant was that he wants an equivalent of RF for Jet3d. I know it can't be ported without major rewrites. oO; I just chose the wrong wording. @.@ But, hell yeah, I'd love to see the two join...

Jet does have better visual settings, but you have to take into consideration two things: 1- We're a a Reality Factory Forum. We've never said that we would prefer Genesis, as a matter of fact, I believe on page 1 people were for the idea, but the draw back is the porting of the engine. We'd be for ...

I like the sound of it, though I have to ask a few questions. One: How do you expect someone who has no joystick and 1 monitor (*coughmecough*) to play this? Two: Are three screens necessary? Are two joysticks necessary? A lot of it sounds like asthetics, to be honest, and the controls could easily ...

Much better, indeed. If you want some really good reference shots, check out: http://apieceofstring.com/kos/downloads/human_model.zip A blender model's in there, but the shots can be used for anything he says. I had to link directly to the file because the link location was messed up >< I wouldn't h...

Hmmm, it looks pretty good, especially for 56 polys. Is it just the screen-shot, or are the black parts really like that on the mesh? oO; If they're really like that: dunno what ya use, but in Blender, you can recalculate the normals. Control N to recalc. outside, control+shift N to recalc. them ins...

Hey, don't down yourself. Ya gotta start somewhere! Always best to use a reference image. I can... er... attempt to find you some if you'd like. Modelling's no simple task, so be proud of what you have! :D Off to a good start. For joints, I'd suggest using a cylinder with 3 cross-sections, and manip...
