I sent you an act file and email, the texture was not the correct size, I changed it to 512 by 512 and exported act file, tested ok in viewer.
The cube act exported from milkshape and from the actor build program.
you should not have any problem..

Make sure you have the model that the player entity is asking for,
if you placing the entities correctly then you might not have the actual actor its looking for. also make sure your cube is hollow and your entities are inside in all views,

in milkshape make sure all textures and .bdy and ms3d files for your object are in the same folder, once exported to bdy it should be fine, also make sure the material names are not the same, like material01 and mateial01, milkshape does this sometimes when adding another material.
