Well the problem is still with the intro.avi file. So it's either missing Direct show codecs, or you are running windows7 or windows8, if that is the case try running the program as windows xp in Administrator mode.

I don't understand why other computers encounter this problem. Most people won't have Divx codecs on their pc's. I only spotted it because I don't have Divx on this pc. intro.avi should be all small case. Or is that just a typo?I did delete the Intro.avi and IntroMenu.avi, and then I did copy rfsplash.avi and renamed it to Intro.avi and IntroMenu.avi. But it still shows me the error message.

Doh -- thats it. I found it the first time round just forgot what I had done before. My short term memory is starting to fade it's only a couple of years since I played it. Age takes it's toll on the mind as well as the body.

Logic gates are "and" , "or" , "not", "xor" mathematical functions. The gates can be added from the editor. they are explained in the help docs.

I would like to make one suggestion, and I say this from experience, if you are placing rooms one on top of the other, actually make each room a separate level.
