Re: Anything against us?
I don't think anyone on the forums are intentionally holding it against you. I would say most of the time I wouldn't know if a user was from the Spanish community or not. I know when i'm in a hurry if a post if a post doesn't make sense to me, I will just goto the next post, figuring someone else wi...

Re: Proposal: Offical RF wiki
Hum... will have to look into getting some documentation transfered over into the wiki. Still would like to see the forum and everything integrated into one site kind of like it was a long while back. Yet be user run.

Re: Hike's Dungeon Hack & Blender thread
He's Alive!! I don't believe I have tried the Asylum demo in all the time i've been here. :? I will have to give it a try. I noticed they must have went through and cleaned a bunch of stuff out. I was looking through some old stuff the other day and it linked to that site and it was broken. Aswell, ...

Re: Notepad ++
I actually tried notepad++ the other day when I was needing to write some python code. I don't know if I had something miscorrectly configured. But the indention which looked correct in notepad++ would give me indent errors when I ran the code. Then when I opened it in PyPe I was able to see the sou...

Re: NVU free html editor
Are you using css? If you could post your source in a new topic(so as to keep this stickie clean) I might be able to give you a hand if you still need it.Veleran wrote:I dont now why,but letters in my texts appear in a vertical column
What tags must you use to make it a regular text with lines?

Re: The RealityFactory IRC Channel
How is IRC different from a normal chat? If you mean normal chat as in msn and stuff like that, its a lot different. Many people are able to talk at once. I think this could be useful for people in a pinch while using rf. Instead of waiting for days for a decent response they could head into the ir...

Re: What Type And What Resolution?
I believe your video needs to be like 800x600 and other square dimensions like that. Also could be a codec issue, what codec are you using?

Re: 3D engines
What about Panda3d? This engine is awesome http://panda3d.org downloading right now.. whoa 80meg installer! Panda3d is definitely an interesting engine, if you have the patience to learn it and search/read through the forums(yes searching and reading . But I guess that's true for rf too.) and check...

Re: MAC OS X Reality Factory thing!
Torque actually runs slower on Mac and Linux, compared to Windows. :) I was thinking about checking into torque a while back because of it being so cheap and yet multi platform. Is it majorly slower or can you just barely notice it? I personally own a couple of Macs, a Sun Sparc server with Solaris...

Re: MAC OS X Reality Factory thing!
Got to face the facts - OS X is useless compared to Windows or Linux. I'm going to have to disagree as well. :P look at the torque engine. It runs on mac osx, as well as photoshop, maya and tons of other programs. I actually would prefer osx or linux over windows. So its all a matter of preference....
