You might try using a different codec for video and/or audio in the AVI file. That might prevent it from getting out of sync. Could be. It's the little details like this that makes a game fun to play. I think so too. That's why I loved all the big games for the N64. Mario, Banjo Kazooie, Donkey Kong, Starfox. Okay, I couldn't outsmart the camera glitch, but I solved the problem anyway. I simply made a smaller version of Pumpkin Jones, and used that actor in the level where he is small. Voila!
