No, I never bothered. I think they had been taken down several months before I noticed. They did major upgrades to their systems A couple of years ago and I think they dissapeared during that time.Did you every ask them why?

You should be so lucky Steven, by demo "Talisman" was wiped years ago from gamefront without any explanation at all from them. In fact all my files were removed without a by your leave or anything.

Hmmm Same here I've installed RF dozens of times without any bother. I don't understand what is happening here at all. But in any case ini files can be altered easily enough without the ini editor. Ini files are only plain text files that can be altered with any text editor.

Nothing in the script stands out as being wrong, except it seems there is no blank line after the final chain bracket.
I know this seems a bit of a silly thing to mention, but it has been known to cause problems in the past.

Well, Hgt_terry is working on GameDirector which is to be a game engine as close to RF as he can get it. It is using the Ogre engine for rendering & Physx for physics. It is OpenSource. Trouble with misfit is, it is no longer an active project and although it saves in ms3d format, Equity doesn't load the animation from the ms3d format so you need Milkshape anyway. You have to export the animation as mot or smd from Milkshape and Equity will load those seperately. Equity does have a...
