C++ is more useful to you. Concentrate on that. It's easy to learn but hard to master. You can start with C# and XNA. There are tons of tutorials on the language and XNA libraries to work with. It's a legitimate programming language to learn.

Nice work Gamemaker. Unity is very easy to create maps with. RF2 will be using a similar component object method. That part is already done.

Here is what I suggest.. 1. Decompile the actor using Equity. 2. Download the fully functional 30 day trial of Milkshape 3D. 3. Open the BDY file with Milkshape. 4. Select all the polygons for the gun and delete them. 5. Export to BDY again 6. Use Equity to compile the actor. Try that...it won't loo...

If you're in the US, you'll get Algebra in 9th, Geometry in 10th, Trigonometry in 11th and Pre-Calculus in 12th. You got some time. Try the ebook instead of the manual. The manual is more of a "what does this do", the ebook is more of a "how do I do this". It's in the documentation section. It holds...

He apparently doesn't want to read. every question he's asked can be resolved by the manual or ebook or even searching the forums. Every time I mention ebook or manual, he ignores me. I even gave him an exact page to one of his problems.

How about looking at Page 81 of the ebook? It explains what you are trying to do step by step. Page 90 and 91 explain first person weapons also.

Third person is possible and jumping is possible. That would mean that you can design levels for a platformer and they would work just fine.
