er...I think you have to look around more...Every one is asking for a copy: go check the rf filefront site...
It was not Possible to determine the dimensions of the image....

The media package mentioned in the ebook is not available. Use other resources (e.g. from the RF filefront site) instead, it does not matter if they are not the same.
This is mentioned in dozens of posts on the forum. If you would have done a search you would know. :!:
