Stealth/Snipe Project Prototype

I had a "composed ragdoll" (a ragdoll composed by different actors jointed togheter) demo. I want to pack it on a bigger demo, reworking the ragdoll code, adding commands and code procedures to have a good ragdoll method. Now the system is quite rough: I have a pawn and a "composed ragdoll" with the same bodyparts, when the pawn is shot then is made invisible and the ragdoll is turned on with the bodyparts mirroring the actor's bones.
I want also to rewrite the 3rd person view code or script. My idea is to develop a game with an urban ambience where you can explore and snipe the enemies (in third person view). I need some level designers to plan a demo of a stealth/snipe action using ragdolls.
I'm asking mainly to Tabulanis and ZenBuddha. guys where are you?
