Did you make that model yourself?

The wolf itself was a free model I found. I rigged it an am animating it. And I am putting the texture on it.

Is it for the actual game or a cutscene?
I thought you needed to do the animations in milkshape :?

actual game. I think I'll need to export the animations and figures to another free 3D software...

Rigging is very tough. Vertices everywhere! Download the trial of Milkshape, export an obj from anim8or and try to rig it in Milkshape. I find it easier. You place joints right where the real joints would be, and Milkshape connects the with 'bones'. The you use vertice select and can grab indivdual vertices or groups with a dragged rectangle. Then you go to the joints tab, where it lists all your joints, select the joint you want these vertices assigned to and click assign. It can be rough when there are a lot of vertices. Some times you mis-assign or just miss a vertice. Test the assignment by clicking the Anim button, selecting a joint, rotating it, and see if the right part, or section of a part moves the way you want.

Dead wolfie...
Are you actually making him a dead wolf model or are you just joking?
If it's actually supposed to be dead, I would suggest making his right legs more droopy and laying over his underside.

oh, thats just the middle frame, I'm not quite finished with the death animation, since I'm having trouble with the legs.

The middle of the wolf texture, again it will be smoothed out later.
