Man, that is a beautiful model. What program did you do it in? It almost looks like a cad program.

well it would suprise you to know it was ALL done in milkshape, apart for one small thing, the renderd image, to get it at a high resolution such as it is i converted it to 3ds max and renderd it, the only other reason for this was milkshaps z sorting was a little poor, on that subject so is RF's with z-sorting on (it needs to to look correct) it kills the frame rate, thus i am looking forward to RF2 or will be decompiling the area that is depicted into its basic parts and import them one at a time (i really hope i dont have to do that)

P.S.
the textures are made in photoshop so technicly not all of it was made in milkshape.

It doesn't really surprise me. Milkshape is a fine program, and in the right hands would make just fine models. You obviously have the right hands!! Terrific work, Scott.

that i have to agree with, as everyone can see you dont need to spend alot of money, i hope things like this will inspire people and make them think twice before running it down, granted there are problems with it but they are minor compared to what it is capable of.

thanks for the good words steven, hope to give you some more, this is it until the demo, but as stated above, i need an engine that can handle it first.

That's great modeling Scott and it does show the power of Milkshape.
PS. I now understand your avatar.

I know it's still WIP as you said, but I'll just throw a couple things out here...

First, it looks very flat. You should add more in-model details and a lot of bump-mapping.
Second, are you trying to make it look extra-clean? I know that this is a "sneak peek" pic and that we don't know exactly what it's for; I think it needs to be a little more gritty.

yep, i agree it is kinda " flat" still got all the innerds so to say to do because this will be added in the editor, for optimizing purposes, no comment on the gritty-ness though, and please, any comments/ suggestions/ opinions are welcome as usual.
