I don't understand why other computers encounter this problem.
Most people won't have Divx codecs on their pc's. I only spotted it because I don't have Divx on this pc. You can convert the avi files to the uncompressed or older compressed format using the free program VirtualDub from sourceforge. I can't because I don't have Divx codecs on this pc.

Also, if the problem is because of the bad intro.avi format, then you should change the media\video\Credit.avi too.
Yes you are right that causes a crash if I try the credits.

Well, the IntroMenu is disabled, so it shouldn't cause any problem.

I've just install the game on my laptop. And yeah, I encounter the problem. I deleted the Credit.avi and the intro.avi and the game runs normally.

didn't do this part. Anyway, I'll fix the .avi file right now.

I like it as far as I got so far. Shooting range is good and the food store. Can't work the elevator yet of get the rifles, but given a bit of time I'll get there. I will enjoy playing it.
The idea is good but I think it could do with the lighting sorting a bit, it's too bright for the atmosphere you are trying to create. Some darker areas & maybe a bit of coloured lighting here and there would make it more spooky. A bit of spooky music wouldn't go amiss either in some areas, but as I say I haven't got very far yet.

I don't believe this :o

Why will it not work? I downloaded the new .avi intro and credit movies, and I replaced the old ones with the new, and it still shows me the error message. Unbelievalbe :( I am beginning to think, that it is my pc that is not working. I'm sorry that I causes so much troubles, but it still does not work.
Without facts, a mystery is just a guessing game...

@realgaming if I might make a suggestion.
1 Delete your existing ZMA folder and all its contents
2 Extract the ZMA.zip folder to the root directory (usually drive c)
3 Replace the intro.avi in media\video\menu folder with the new one dailoc has provided.
4 Replace the Credit.avi in media\video folder with the new one dailoc has provided.
5 Try the game again.
If still no sucess post the RealityFactory.log file (it's in the the ZMA folder) on here.

I did all of these things, but it still shows me that error message. Bernie asked for the RealitFactory.log file, if it do the same again.

So, realgaming, your computer can neither play the rfsplash.avi nor the intro.avi cut scence? This is strange :(

Well the problem is still with the intro.avi file. So it's either missing Direct show codecs, or you are running windows7 or windows8, if that is the case try running the program as windows xp in Administrator mode.

No, I'm using Window 8, and it works fine. I tested it on my friends' laptops, and it worked fine too. So, it is not because of Window 8.

Does it work if you use the rfsplash.avi to replace the intro.avi? If it doesn't work, either, then maybe, it because of your computer?

Well, I have tried this with the Intro.avi and the Credit.avi, and still the same. Well, then it must be my computer :(
And for now, there's nothing I can do about it. If there is, then I don't know how.

So the only thing I can say:
Good luck with your game, and I saw the screenshots in the 'Zombie's Attack screenshots' topic. They looks good :D
