Hey Grok.
I made a space riffle that might fit your style. You would have to attach it to your skeleton. If interested i could e-mail it to you. (pm me your e-mail) Let me know what model format you can open.

Shooting works fine from idle standing or crouching, but not in any other animation.
Someone mentioned that problem a couple of months ago. I think the stock animations need edited. Should be a bit easier now with the new equity.

Yes it should be a fairly easy task once it is clear exactly which animations need to be fixed and how. Then the fixed character need to be made part of the package to download, or as an extra download-able that the game maker himself can add to the game.

Thanks

The thread was helpful. I'll tale a closer look at that stuff later. It looks as it was almost a year since the thread. Know if anything came out of it?

Thanks for the rifle. It will work nicely I think.

I think it stopped there. Maybe one of the other guys worked on it more.

Your welcome. I hope you can use it.

I've made a second video on using a gun in a third person view. Adding some more information and correcting some earlier mistakes.

The new equity is really helpful. It's nice to see the gun being used in the correct position.

Glad to have it. I was planing to have a rifle for an enemy pawn and yours was a good fit for what I was thinking to have.

Made a small test of a script where the player get to have a shoot out with the enemy pawn. A bit rough, with need of a number of adjustments, but the basics seems to work. :)

I've got it.
Thanks. I'm sure I'll find a use for it. :)
Right now I'm mostly concerned with getting all scenes in place, even if in an unfinished state, and make sure I can connect them.
Then I will work with getting the scenes into a more finished state. That will be the phase where I might add some extra stuff, such as an additional robot.
