all you have to do is download torrent client and this torrent , and turn it on ,
and keep The torrent client on with "rf.rar" torrent

well , it will download the ~40 mb of rf , and leave it with "seeding" sign
You can do that for more speed (priority of torrent) --> right mouse button> force start , and the [f] will apear near the "seeding" or "downloading"!
And write what highest speed have you achieved !
