Make money with models and donations

Hi everybody some of you might know that I am making a game yet unnamed and developement is going very well but I don't have any more money to buy software and other things to aid me in my game developement due to me being in college I would use paypal but I am only 17 at the moment what I want to know is if there is anything similar that I am old enough to use if not i'll just wait till I am 18 which is in January.

Blender3d or wings 3d or gmax for 3d modeling. All free.

GIMP for 2d art. Also free.

RF for free game design.

And audacity for sound editing. Free.
Once I was sad, and I stopped being sad and was awesome instead.
