MOVED: Camera question

Is the camera on my Macbook as good as a professional camera? Sorry if that's a stupid question, but I ask because I tend not to look very good in the pictures I take on photobooth, so does that mean that I'm not photogenic, or would I look a lot better in pictures taken with a professional camera?

Webcams are never as good as a photo taken from a proper camera by someone who knows what they're doing. So no, your mac camera is NOT as good as a proper camera.
Once I was sad, and I stopped being sad and was awesome instead.
True story.
