alt attack animation settup

Post by Veleran » Tue Nov 22, 2011 11:50 pm

I dont see the alternate attack animation defined in the playersettup.
Is this hard coded built in,or do i have to add the animations to use in the (always 3rd person -isometric) weapon ini?
And,if i have to add it,does it have to be all the 30 player attack animations?

I thought to use that for undead which need bludgeoning flails or silver weapons and such to do some standard damage with left click and the right click to do extra damage to them.

Alternate attack animations are possible just for a) 1st person view and b) melee weapons. They can be defined in the weapon.ini file. However, these are not connected to the attack and alternate attack buttons but just chosen randomly when the attack or alternate attack buttons are pressed.
