What kind of high resolution art did you have in mind - a bit busy at the mo but might be able to knock something up.. what kind of thing
I used stitched together satellite maps in one truespace film I made ( copyright problems I think) the 3000x3000 texture was mapped on a plane and you were able to wiz about over the town - looked pretty good.
