Streaming audio not working

Post by vrageprogrammer » Fri Jan 11, 2008 7:31 am

Why does this happen?
I used a .wav file as streaming audio and it doesn't play in-game!
I also placed it in the audio folder.
It was not Possible to determine the dimensions of the image....

I believe streaming audio only works with OGG files.

Yeah. RF supports .OGG files. If you're looking for a program to explore to OGG you can look at audacity if you don't have it already.

There are also wav to ogg converters around the net. Check out http://www.vorbis.com for more info.

So was this a result of a change in the bitrate? I've had a few issues with .wav files and I tried another one and it worked. So if you know what you did to get it to work. I would appreciate it.
