Isn't that still stealing??? Just write your own music or get someone to do it for you. You wouldn't need to ask these legal questions if you weren't looking to bend the law.

You asked if you can use music from another game in your game. The answer to that is "not legally". Whether you still want to violate copyright is up to you. We are just advising you not to.
