Characters Developpment

I thought it could be better to have a thread where to show the characters we are modelling, if not then feel free to move the post where it belongs.
Well here is the second draft of the flying creature I'm making, it took me a while coz I was busy with other stuff, but now I will work on it more, like adding some details and improving the mesh. below is a pic of looks now and here the ogre mesh so you can check it and tell me what to fix.
