READ BEFORE POSTING: HOW TO POST BUG REPORTS

Information you should include with any bug report:
Specify the exact version of Reality Factory you are using.
Specify your computer's hardware (graphics card, graphics driver etc)
Description of the problem. Be as clear and concise as possible.
Include the RealityFactory.log file (the file is located in the main RealityFactory directory).
Minimum set of steps to reproduce the problem. Problems which are not reproducible are often impossible to fix. Describe your steps as specifically as possible.
Screenshot(s). A small picture speaks a thousand words.
Provide any files necessary to reproduce the problem. If you don't want to post it in the forum you may mail the files to realityfactory(at)gmx.at. We will keep your data confidential.
The more information you provide, the more quickly the problem may be fixed or a workaround can be offered.
