[NOT A BUG] RFScriptEdit wont open

When i try to open RFScriptEdit it says "this application haas failed to start because MSVCRT.dll was not found. REInstalling the application may fix the problem."I re installed and it still didnt work.
Once I was sad, and I stopped being sad and was awesome instead.
True story.

It should be included in the newest version of RF (0.75C), though. Make sure you don't have an old version.
