Actor Sinks Into Ground

I understand that when choosing the player is turned off, that RF takes all it's parms from the playersetup entity, but I found something strange. When I turned off player choice and had my actor/player scaled down to 1/2, the player sunk halfway into the ground. When I scaled it back up to 1, then it didn't sink.

Anyone know why this happens?

have you tried looking at your player using the
BOUNDING box mode of debug..in the game mode
to see if its correct.
sometimes models imported are not
aligned to the surface as they should be.
My actor meshes had this prob when I first started
bringing them in to reality factory.
