This belongs in Level Design and Entity Usage, just so you know.

Have you got collision turned on for the elevator brush?

hello, see if I have activated the collision, the problem occurs if the animation is that motion is long does not work, ie I have a 10-story building, if the animation command to the third floor works, but as I need to rise to 10 Floor, does not work, if I do not understand, because I do not speak English and use a translator.

A greeting.

Ah, I see. So the elevator works until the 3rd floor, and then the actor falls through.

Does anyone else know why this is?

There was a bug in earlier versions of RF that caused the player to fall through a moving platform if the model moved rather far away from its initial position. However, the problem should be fixed in latest version. So the question is which version of RF you're using. (You should always give as much information as possible when posting a bug report, see How to post bug reports)

hello, agredezco your attention, the RF I use is the latest available version, and what happens is this, if the model animation goes too far, the animation starts but does not carry the player, assume that the animation is to take the player on the first floor to the third, working properly, but the fact is I have 10 floors in a building and need a ride to the tenth floor from the first, you see the distance is greater, where there is the problem, since the DISTANCES is larger and takes the player but not very short distances if it works.

Hm, it should work fine with the latest version... :? What's the actual height the model is moving? Maybe you could post a sample level that demonstrates the problem?

I understand what you are trying to tell us. I just want to know the distance (height) that the model is moving (the units in the level editor, not how many floors). Another possibility is to just post the level file (.3dt). If I do not get this information from you I cannot fix the problem.
