[OBSOLETE] Splashscreens buggy?

Post by Cereus Prods » Tue Feb 07, 2006 4:30 pm

Almost every time I try to boot my game, as well as the default game, I recieve and error report after the first splash screen. It has been very annoying and hindering the progrees of my developing. How can I fix it? I have already installed the service pack and it solved many other bugs, but not this one.

I'm running XP on a 2.0ghz AMD sempron processor with 512mb ram, I've turned the microsoft effects off except text smoothing.

It is a microsoft error, yes, it is an Nvidia Integrated graphics card, I can't think of the name right now, but it's not too great.

Well, I think it was microsoft being it's quality self. I updated all my drivers and such, it didn't work. I bought more RAM. It made my computer run other things faster, but it still didn't work. I updated drivers again. Didn't work. So I gave up.

It worked.

I don't know whether to laugh or to cry.

So it works now??

I'v had many "Microsoft Mysteries" then something doesn't work and i try every thing then for no apparent reason works latter.

I usually just look at the screen confused :? for about an half an hour than laugh. :)
