Ok megatop

I have just altered Equity to make it a bit more obvious the actor scaling function so first off download the latest version Equity_7C using the link below in my signature.

When you first load your actor you will see to the right of you there will be buttons with Info,Edit Actor Position and so on the last button will be scale click that and a scale dialog will come up just enter a value in the edit box say 0.5 to scale the actor to half its original size.

Things to note if the Actor as motion the scale function will scale them also so motions appear correct.

If you reload the the scaled Actor again later on the new scale will revert back to 1 as that will be what it is at the time of loading i.e. you have in affect created a new model.

Hope this helps let me know if you have any problems

PS Remember to save the actor after scaling.

Cheers

Don't use blender for anything except a .blend file to .3ds converter. Blender is still crap for game creation.
