Help for the Flickering Menu

For anyone who has the "flickering main menu problem", the issue seems to be caused by the "DoNotWait" line in the d3d24.ini file in the root RF directory. Simply set it to "1" if you have the problem, and it should be solved. I haven't really seen a definitive answer to this issue on the forums, and figured I'd throw it out there. Cheers!
