RF 0.75C...Where can I find it?

I finally came back to RF.But the problem is
I still want to stick to 0.75C.But where can I find it?

The file is near 1 MB...
Do i have to overwrite it with the files
in 0.76?

You first have to download and install RF 075A and then update it to 075C by unzipping the 075C file to the RF directory created by the 075A installer.

But just a little question because I don't
want to make another topic.Last time I used
RF everything was fine...but now it only
works with 1 FPS!I passed all of the requirements...but why?
Should I change my RAM back to 256?
