Can't preview a level after compilation

I've built a simple level (just added a playerSetup and playerStart), compiled and ticked the box for "preview with Reality Factory". But after the introduction scenes it brings me back to Windows.

How can I preview my level?

Moved to 'Setup, Post Install Support'.

Please post the contents of <rf's folder, normally c:\realityfactory>\realityfactory.log, and please post your computer's specifications, if you know them.
