Reality Factory

A problem that comes up often with the 0.76 main installer is related to the installation directory of the program. The installer proposes the Program Files folder as default directory. While this works fine on Windows XP and below it will cause problems on Vista and Windows 7 as some of the tools require write access to the RealityFactory folder. Installing the program to C:\RealityFactory instead will prevent some troubles.

A related problem is a bug of the installer that prevents the working directory to be set correctly for the links created in the Start Menu. These can be either corrected manually or the programs have to be started directly from their installation directory.
