Missing link to Dan Valeo´s media package

I´ve been trying to download the media package but it shows the 404 error. Can someone put me a link or send me a mail with the media please? My e-mail is

Unless there are any problems with posting or e-mailing the media pack. I would definitely be interested in it. There are a few sections in Dan Valeo's book which refer specifically to the content, and it would make things easier for people (myself included) who are having problems getting stuff to work.
Does anyone know if this would be a problem?
