Updated OpenGL Driver

Everyone is concentrating on DirectX 9 and forgot about OpenGL. It's much easier to update the OpenGL driver than almost rewrite the whole DirectX driver to support DX9. Adding the current features of RF (EMBM bump mapping, DOT3 bump mapping, stencil shadows) would bring better visuals alone. Shaders can be implemented pretty easily by using a script system like Quake 3 shaders, Doom 3 materials or even Simkin can be used.
