Since the current Bumpmapping is too buggy,maybe we could add another that would look like normal mapping,but would work with any light,not just dynamic.

I think bumpmapping looks pretty good for a BSP engine. You have to be a little carefull not to make things too shiny with the specular map, because that will make your texture look cartoony (unless you like that sort of thing). But aside from that, it looks cool I think.
