Changing The Skeleton Of A Model With Milkshape...

I think there was a topic about that,but I couldn't find it so I wrote this one.OK,I got the Virgil.act model and another Human Model and I want to change the other model's skeleton with the virgil's one in Milkshape,but I don't have a clue about this.Can you give me a link to a step by step tutorial about ow to do it,because I really need to make it!
