Guys, that's surely a STUPID questin, but I couldn't actually find the answer anywhere :X
My queastion is what software do I use to open files with .X extention. I saw somewhere that X is for "DirectX" but isn't DirectX a driver, not a modeling program, I searched and I only found DirectX drivers (or something like that). Milkshape can't import X files... Can you please help me with this, because I really don't know what to look for

WTF, I didn't realise that this was an importer too (so happy). So it WAS a stupid question... Thanks, I though that this was only for reducing polycount.
Re: X Files :D
Milkshape opens .x files. It's a little bit hidden. Go to Tools->DirextXTools-> A dialog opens go to Open. If you want to reduce the polys do that here then save. The file then opens in Milkshape interface and you can then alter to your hearts content and save as ms3d.
