Screwed up animations

My animations are really weird. First, the animation is way longer than it should be. Then, the animation plays at the correct speed, but then for the rest of the animation it plays again at a really slow speed

well, post a MS3D file of the model with it's animation, I might take a look at it. I'm practicing animating and I'm getting better and better

Never mind metal head, I redid the animations a few days ago
