Missing texture problems

I made a model recently its my first enemy model its pretty ugly too but the problem is the textures will not show on the eye and body and they are separate .bmp file i even used the add extra textures in the actorbuild program, do i need to make an alpha file too. If you need the pictures i can upload them but please help.
