looking 4 virgil t-pose

Post by seppgirty »

Does anyone know of a t-pose skeleton for the virgil act or how to create one that will work with prebuilt motions? would make life much easier.

t-pose?The default pose of the .nfo base mesh before animations?Previously Terry Morgan hosted the instant actor kit from where i got the base pose physiqued (rigged) in the max 3 file, with actorstudio application project and the motions list.
If you tell me what modeler you use and which formats it can import i can look if i can export virgil with his skeleton in a format you can open.

I use milkshape 3d. I use equity 8 to open the virgil .act and export out the the model and skeleton for use in milkshape.

the skeleton pose has his arms by his side and his forearms rotated a bit forward. So i have to move the verts of the characters arms in a t pose to fit that skeleton. Wich is a pain.

I uploaded it there for the moment and it would be handy to have him hosted in the main RF downloads,(if he is not already there).

Thanks for the files.

I can get the base pose using equity. What i need is a T-posed skeleton. That is when the arms stick straight out to the sides. the skeleton looks like the letter "T"

I don't own max so i can't open the bip.
