I Really Need A Step By Step Tutorial About Sniper Zooming

Well,I've read some topics about the zooming,but couldn't understand a thing.So I need a step by step tutorial for example when I click the right mouse button the weapon zooms.Can you help me?

EDIT: This zooming is pretty good by the way http://www.zippyvideos.com/315930168582 ... rtificiale I really want to make something like this,but do I have to make a scripted weapon (I don't know how anyway)?
