Changing Accessory materials

Is there a way to do a "ChangeMaterial(...);" kind of thing to the pawn's accessories?

Why don't you just change the accessories themselves? I don't think that there's a command for changing an accessorie material. You could make the accessorie another pawn and do a PositionToPawn(), but than you'll need two scripts and it get's pretty complicated just for a material change.

No, currently there's no way to change the material of accessories.
